Several changes on the Defect Tracking Tools list -
- Removed Pragmatic Software Company's Defect Tracker. They are no longer marketing the tool, though they are marketing Software Planner, which includes a defect tracking feature. Note that New Fire also sells a tool named Defect Tracker, which is still on the market.
- Removed Neuma Technology Corporation's NeumaPT tool. They no longer sell this tool, though their configuration management tool includes a problem tracking feature.
- Removed Avensoft's Perfect Tracking, which is no longer available. Added Avensoft's Bug Tracker Server.
- Removed Most Media's ProjectPortal. The tool is no longer availaable, and was last captured on archive.org in August 2003. The company says that other tools named ProjectPortal are not related.
- Removed Eden Communications' ProjectTrack Bug Tracker. The tool's web site is no longer up. Eden Communications was acquired by UNICOM Systems, Inc., which sells the possibly related Issue Tracker for Lotus Notes.
- Updated Remedy Quality Management with the new name BMC Remedy Quality Management. Remedy Corporation was acquired by BMC some time ago.
- Changed the name of SilkRadar to SilkCentral Issue Manager.
- Removed Team Tracker. The vendor, hs technologies pty ltd., doesn't seem to be in business any longer.

- Removed QCIT. The vendor, QIS (Quality Information Systems), took down their web site in November, 2002. The company also sold the WinEZ and Architect tools.

- Removed Aptest's Testify tool, which is no longer on the market. They still sell ApTest Manager.
