EXPERIENCE
Software Quality Engineering (SQE) assists software professionals and

Rick Craig has extensive software testing and engineering experience. He also managed an Independent Test Team tasked with testing a multi-million dollar, top-secret Command and Control System responsible for worldwide deployment logistics for the Armed Forces of the United States.Rick Craig is an active writer and lecturer on the topic of software quality. He co-authored a study that benchmarked industry-wide software development processes and measures. He is a frequent speaker at testing conferences and is well-received worldwide as an instructor on software test and evaluation issues.
Dale Perry has over 20 years of software engineering experience, specializing in application development, project management, and testing. He led the test team of a multi-million dollar application conversion and migration project, including development of standard unit, integration and system test plans, and verification of test results. He has also been a project manager and test team leader for an online billing application and an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) application, as well as programming and testing several large, online distributed systems. Dale Perry is an experienced instructor on software subjects including software testing, application design, database design, systems administration, operations, and security.
Jennifer Smith-Brock has over 15 years of software development, testing and quality assurance experience. She managed the development and testing of multi-million dollar, high-risk software applications, including establishing requirements and deployment. In this role, she was instrumental in establishing test plans and coordinating testing efforts with government agencies to ensure the accuracy of electronic data interchange (EDI) functions. She lead software test integration cycles for multi-location/application interfaces, and was a member of the transition team tasked with taking her organization from CMM2 to CMM3. Jennifer Smith-Brock writes and lectures on general testing as well as Web testing issues. In her role as Internet Services Director, Ms. Smith-Brock oversees the requirements, development, testing efforts for four corporate Web sites.
Lee Copeland has developed and taught numerous training courses focusing on software testing and development issues experienced during his extensive involvement in the software industry. He led the creation of a formal testing organization that performed inspections, functional and structural testing, and gathered metrics for evaluation of the quality of the system development process. He also worked with a large corporation designing the overall strategy and system test cases to test their new personnel system. As an on-site consultant for a large credit card provider, Lee Copeland worked with the testing group to train them in testing the standard object oriented development artifacts: use cases, class diagrams, design specifications, and C++ code. Bill has an M.Sc. in Computer Science and 18 years experience in the computer industry, primarily in the areas of software and systems quality assurance, testing, and development. Rex Black and Laurel Becker are the principal consultants of Rex Black

Lloyd Roden has over 20 years experience as a developer, tester and manager. He set up and managed an independent test unit, working through key issues in test management such as; testing to pre-defined deadlines, managing a test team, successfully implementing and using test automation tools and building quality into the testing process. He joined Grove Consultants in April 1999. Lloyd was chairman of the QARun User Group for three years, and is a lively and enthusiastic speaker at conferences and seminars. EXPERIENCE
Michel LOPEZ has more than 20 years of experience in evaluating,
designing, and testing complex hardware and software computer systems.
Prior been the founder of the independent testing laboratory "Test &
Caetera" (formerly known as "MLC Labs"), Michel Lopez has been servicing
as a Chief Technology Officer in several computer distribution
companies. Mr LOPEZ worked also as a consultant for many commercial and
governmental organizations including Microsoft, Gateway 2000, 3Com,
Canal + or France Telecom. He has been writing technical papers for the
major computer press titles in France since 1986. Being President of the
only French independent test lab since 1989, he has been part of many
technical focus groups and worked on many case studies like computer
design, set top box, satellite data transmissions, complex WAN
infrastructure, interoperability testing, wireless networking or GSM.

Functionality Testing is performed to verify that a software application performs and functions correctly according to the design specifications. Whether you are in need of basic functionality tests to ensure that primary features functions properly or you are in need of in depth verification of complex operations.
For Functionality testing of a software application, our Test Engineers analyze the application and develop a comprehensive test plan that shows all the features and Functional areas of the application that will be tested. The test plans include test cases that show how each feature and functional area will be tested.
Performance Testing -- Our Test Engineers use sophisticated web-testing tools to create scripts that can simulate thousands of "virtual clients" concurrently visiting and interacting with the site under test. These virtual clients perform typical tasks such as browsing, purchasing items, and searching databases contained within the web site being tested. While these virtual clients are performing these tasks, "probing clients" record exact server response times. After the tests are performed, the data collected from the load tests is analyzed and reports and graphs are generated to supply you with information about how the site performed under these tests and where potential problems lie.
